Country brand capital developement

Tools and techniques...

We have a range of tools and techniques that we use in our work. These include:

Macro-trend and comparative analysis:

All our work is underpinned by rigorous analysis of relevant social, technological, environmental and political trends and data and information about comparable countries, cities and regions.

Opinion former research:

We are experts in carrying out interviews with a wide range of opinion formers, from Prime Ministers to poets, from investors to academics to celebrities. We use these opinion formers as a vital resource in the creative workshops and working sessions that we hold with our clients.

Citizens research:

We are experienced in a range of different qualitative interviewing and observational techniques, such as creative workshops, opinion-former interviews, visual ethnography and group discussions. A range of different techniques are used on each project to uncover and explore insights, derived from citizens, that can be used to create brand strategy.

Freeflow workshops:

These workshops are based on the belief that creativity, innovation and the ability to implement change involve the harnessing of energy to produce positive outcomes. We use these workshops to help unblock energy that can create ideas about country, city and region brands that can be used to create genuine differentiation.

Freeflow was conceived by a group of people made up of leaders in the fields of corporate consultancy, health, nutrition, psychology, music, creative writing, the performing arts and Tai Chi. The workshops draw on a wide range of therapeutic and academic disciplines taking the best of eastern and western traditions.
